BPP Suite Web Tools

The Minimalist BPP web app for configuring bpp input files has been updated. The app provides a streamlined browser-based interface for setting up bpp control files and can be used without any installation.

We are also pleased to announce the new BPP Tree Viewer, an interactive web interface for viewing bpp species trees and gene trees. Load your BPP MCMC output files directly in the browser to visualize and explore phylogenetic results with options for phylogram and cladogram views.

Both tools are part of the BPP Suite and are freely available as GitHub-hosted web applications.
